During my friends and my trip at Disneyland, I was able to re ride all those roller coasters I only daydreamed about years after my first visit. I believe the most amazing experience is riding roller coasters when the sun is down and all the lights of Disneyland and California Adventures are lit! During one of the nights we were roaming around Disneyland, we were able to time our roller coaster ride on the Matterhorn (the roller coaster near the middle of the park made into an icy mountain) during the 9:30pm fireworks show. As our cart was inching upward within the mountain for our first drop, we were able to hear the enormous booms of the first fireworks. As we zoomed down the drops and turns in the mountain ride, we were able to see glimpses of Disneyland from up above as well as the fireworks sparking overhead. Though the ride kept us screaming, I believe all my friends and I truly appreciated the experience, just in case it could never happen again.
