niva house mac and cheese

Everyone knows Mac and Cheese is one of the most delicious meals on earth! Somehow, my way of cooking seems to beat the techniques of others (according to Avni). Here's the deal... I just perform the directions on the box! It's amazing! I don't know how my mac and cheese is any better than anyone's, but I just follow the directions: 1/4 milk, 4 teaspoons of butter... Maybe it is the amount of time it boils in the lovely plan, but I follow those directions also! Shivani had another interesting way of making mac and cheese, but using spaghetti noodles! It was a failure and I was furious because it was my day to wash dishes. She decided to apply cheese in the pan after draining the water. Not powder cheese, graded cheese! Of course after a while the cheese melted to the pan or burned! The mac and cheese flavor was lost and the pan was a mess. Never again am I letting her experiment on my day to wash dishes!
Either way, I really love mac and cheese as long as it looks similar to the picture on the card board box and the brand is Craft! Never add regular cheese into a hot pan from the stove... unwise!
